Your light session is an audio file. Enkidu sessions are encoded into audio — so the lamp can be driven by a standard music player (phone, tablet, laptop, DAC, mixer).

Many standard white LEDs rely on a strong blue pump that creates a noticeable blue spike. Bridgelux states Thrive delivers lower blue light intensity at shorter wavelengths and a smoother spectrum across the visible range.

Warmer White Options

Enkidu supports warmer colour temperatures (lower Kelvin), which naturally reduces blue content even further — giving you meaningful control over spectral output depending on your session type.

IEC/EN 62471

Enkidu is built with the principles of IEC/EN 62471 (Photobiological Safety of Lamps and Lamp Systems) in mind — the standard used to evaluate potential optical hazards, including blue-light retinal hazard, based on real-world exposure conditions.
