Return policy:

• If the product is damaged during shipment or malfunctions during the first month after receiving it, the buyer can return it to us and receive a new replacement package.

Warranty:

• The light machine (including the lamp) is warranted for three years.
• The AC adaptor is warranted for two years.
• The warranty agreement does not cover other parts of the package, such as cables and the case.

If the hardware components become defective during the hardware warranty period, we either send a replacement part and assist you online or request that you return the product to Thailand for repair services.
